WITHDRAWAL REQUEST FORM

By filling out this form, you are notifying us of your intent to unenroll from lessons. This form is required for all lesson student withdrawals. A member of our Front Desk team will reach out to you within 1-3 business days to confirm your withdrawal status. Should we receive no further communication from you after receipt of this form, we will unenroll this student from the remainder of their lessons immediately and all future payments will be stopped.

Please note that there are no refunds for past payments made. Any outstanding balance will be kept on your family account for use by any family member for future Real School services.
