For ticket purchases, refunds may be requested up until 24 hours prior to the performance. If a request is received with less than 24 hours notice, we will be unable to process your refund.
To request a refund, you must email frontdesk@therealschoolofmusic.com with the name of the person who placed the order as well as the order number which you can find in your original order confirmation email.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive this email.
If you need to exchange your tickets to a different performance time, you must follow the refund process above. Once we process the refund of your order, you can place a new order for the correct performance time. Please allow up to 10 business days for your initial payment refund.
