The Real School of Music is one of New England’s leading music schools focused on providing private lessons, student bands of all genres, children’s musical theatre, and so much more. With locations in Andover & Burlington, MA and Derry, NH, we empower aspiring and experienced musicians of all ages to discover their unique voice and grow in both skill and confidence.
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our team full-time to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across digital, print, and in-person channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-centered environment and has experience owning and optimizing the full marketing funnel—from lead generation to brand positioning.
This is a hybrid role that does require weekly to biweekly visits to our schools to capture content, connect with our team, and be part of the vibrant energy of our community.
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving enrollment growth, deepening brand engagement, and ensuring a consistent, compelling experience across all touchpoints. You will also fully manage our website, requiring experience working within WordPress. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our operations, program development, and executive teams to execute campaigns, support local school operations, and continue building on our strong foundation of strategic marketing initiatives.
