You’ve come to the right place! Whether you are looking to schedule a make-up lesson or reschedule a lesson due to a scheduling conflict, this form will go straight to our Front Desk team. Once received, they will work with you to reschedule your lesson to a new day and answer any questions you may have about the change.
As a reminder, our Attendance Policy is listed below which includes Real School’s policy regarding lesson attendance, no-shows, cancellations, and make-up/rescheduled lessons. If you have any questions about this policy, talk to your Front Desk team for more details.
Our Front Desk team monitors phone calls and emails Monday-Friday from 10am-9pm and Saturdays from 9am-6pm. We are closed on Sundays. Any requests received outside of these hours will be responded to the next business day.

Students are expected to provide Real School with an absence notice prior to the start time of any missed lesson. Failure to provide advanced notice of any absence will be deemed a “no-show” and the lesson forfeit.
One individual lesson each month may be rescheduled once each month so long as Real School is provided with advanced notice. If a student chooses to reschedule a particular lesson and then is unable to attend the rescheduled lesson, Real School will be under no obligation to allow for further rescheduling of that individual lesson. Any rescheduled lessons that are missed shall be deemed forfeit. All attempts to reschedule a given lesson must take place within two weeks of the missed lesson. Lessons occurring in the last two weeks of a month can be rescheduled for the following month. Credits and refunds will not be issued in lieu of rescheduled lessons.
Should Real School fail to deliver a regular scheduled lesson for any reason (e.g. instructor absence, school closing, etc.), Real School will guarantee that a make-up lesson shall be provided or a credit will be issued.
