ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Real School Voice Instructor, you will teach students of all ages in one of our studios, delivering a lesson experience unique to each student’s goals and needs. Our Marketing Department and Front Desk teams work to fill your schedule so that you can sit back and enjoy what you love most: teaching! Our ideal candidate is someone who is primarily a vocalist, but feels confident teaching beginner to intermediate piano.

As a new instructor, you will join our team and open availability for at least 4 hours per day a minimum of 2 days per week. All Real School Instructors start part-time with the opportunity to grow to full-time. Our teaching hours are Monday to Friday 2:00 – 9:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

3-4 times a year you will work with our Showcase Coordinators to put on a Student Showcase where your students will perform pieces they have been working on for their friends and family!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

✅ Bachelor’s degree (preferably in music) OR life-experience teaching and being an awesome musician
✅ 1+ years professional teaching experience with beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. You’re able to work with all ages.
✅ Flexibility in working with different music and learning styles as well as all age groups
✅ Great communication and organizational skills
