Awards being given out at this year’s party include:

• A# Award – Employees who never show a “flat” day, spreading positivity while in the school
• Conductor’s Award – Employees who help other instructors/staff be more successful and may often be seen as a mentor
• Crescendo Award – Employees who have shown the most growth in the last year
• Encore Award – Employees who have taught and completed the most lesson units
• Harmony Award – Employees who excel at keeping parents involved and engaged in student progress
• Lifetime Achievement Award – Based on employee tenure at Real School
• Maestro of Innovation Award – Employees who have made innovative and creative contributions that have enhanced the learning experience or school programs
• MVP Award – Employees who give the most to the school and are always willing to step in to help
• Real School Rockstar Award – Employees who exemplify the Real School mission and values
• Rising Star Award – New employees in 2024 who gave a lot to the school and have jumped right in
• Standing Ovation Award – Employees with the highest roster percentage or individual students enrolled in additional programs
